Past Council President Carol Colby, top, presents Certificate of Appreciation to Ruth Varner of Ann Arbor Chapter. Ruth, 92, is a 70 year life member of the W.O.T.M. receiving her Academy of Friendship Degree in 1945 and her College of Regents Degree in 2000.
