INSTRUCTIONS FOR MICHIGAN MOOSE MIXED BOWLING TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

To register and pay online for the Michigan Moose Mixed Bowling Tournament please complete both the “Team Info” (registration form) and the “Fees” links.

• Go to www.mimoose.org – Registration – Sports Registration

• Select Mixed State Bowling Team Information to complete the entry form for the enire team

• 1a and 2a will be one doubles pair, with 1b and 2b being the second doubles pair.

• Select Yes/No for each person participating in Singles and Doubles

• Select Yes/No for each person participating in All events.

• Add to Cart (this will appear in your cart with 0.00 cost associated

• Return to Registration – Sports Registration

• Select Mixed State Bowling Singles, Doubles, Team and All Fees

• Select Entry Fees and Qty of each

Example: A team with all 4 members participating in all categories would select:

Team - 1 @ $100.00

Doubles – 2 @ $50.00 each

Singles – 4 @ $25.00 each

All Events – 4 @ $5.00 each

Total for full team with 100% participation $320.00

Follow prompts and include all names for each event in the cart.

***note teams and doubles pairs must pay as one. Singles and All events may be paid individually. Be

sure to include the same Participant name/names on the entry fee item as they appeared on the Team

registration form.
